Return/Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with AmpCycle. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a convenient 14 day return policy. Please note that this return policy time only applies unless there is a specific policy shown for each product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Initiate Return Within 14 Days: Please initiate the return process within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Authorization: Contact our customer support at support@ampcycle.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@ampcycle.co.uk to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving your return and inspecting the items, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Postage:
- The customer will need to pay for postage/mail of return, unless stated on each product return policy that you will receive reimbursement of return postage due to an the product being damaged/faulty on arrival.
Change of Mind Returns
At Ampcycle, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to let us know you'd like to return the item, and another 14 days to return the goods once we've been informed of the return.
• Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ampcycle.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
• Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 days.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
