Once dispatched, Viking bikes shipping times vary between 2 and 4 days depending on your postcode.

You will be emailed your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

In the event of a change of mind, please let us know if you would like to return your bike within 14 days of receiving your order. You will have 14 days from the return request being accepted to return the item. You will need to organise and pay for shipment of the return yourself, and the item must be in new condition with original packaging. Your are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned in the same condition. You are also responsible if there is any courier damage when returning so we would advise to take out insurance with your courier. If the goods are returned in a worse condition that delivered to you then a deduction will be made from the refund amount to cover the loss in value.

Should you suspect a fault with your product, please stop using the product immediately and contact our support@ampcycle.co.uk. We will do everything we can to help fix the problem quickly.

If we’re unable to resolve the problem over the phone or email, we’ll refer your inquiry to our technical specialist who will contact you within two working days to carry out a remote assessment on the fault and advise on the next steps.

To help you get back on the road as quickly as possible, Viking's technical team may suggest supplying a spare part / parts to resolve the matter. These parts will be delivered to you with clear instructions on how to replace the faulty part. These replacements parts do not need technical experience / knowledge for replacement.

If Viking are unable to resolve the problem remotely, we would be happy to arrange collection at your cost so the issue can be properly diagnosed. We will charge you the direct cost to us of collection. A suitable date will be arranged for collection, this collection will take place between 8.00am and 5.30pm on a weekday.

If the electric bike is collected for inspection, Viking's first remedy will be to diagnose the fault and assess whether the fault was present at the time of purchase or covered by the terms of the warranty, in which case Viking will repair the fault and resend the electric bike to you at their cost. This may take approx. 10 -15 days. A suitable date will be arranged to return the repaired electric bike to you, and delivery will take place between 8.00am and 5.30pm on a weekday. We will also refund you the collection cost of sending the bike to Viking.

If the diagnosis confirms that the fault was not present at the point of purchase or not covered by the warranty, then we will contact you to arrange to return the bike to you, as a gesture of goodwill, at our cost.
